Day 1: Da Nang arrival – Transfer to Hue. O/n in Hue
AM: You will be welcomed at Da Nang International Airport for flight arriving around noon time and have lunch at restaurant in Da Nang.
PM: On the highway to Hue, you will discover Hai Van Pass where you can have a grandstand view of Da Nang city, Lang Co Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches of Asia and a fishing village Cau Hai Lagoon. Check into hotel and have dinner at restaurant. Free to enjoy Hue local nightlife.
Day 2: Hue ½ day city tour – Transfer to Hoi An. O/n in Hoi An
AM: Have breakfast at hotel and you’re ready for half day in Hue city. Free to go shopping at Dong Ba Market – a must-visit place to gain insights into the daily life of local people here. Take a boat trip along Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda – the oldest pagoda in the city, and admire its ancient architectures. Continue with a visit to the Imperial City where Nguyen Dynasty’s Emperor and royal family worked and lived from the year 1802 to 1945 including many palaces and architectures: Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Purple Forbidden City, Nine Dynastic Urns, etc. Have lunch at restaurant.
PM: Visit Minh Mang Tomb which is harmonious with natural surroundings to know more about one of the famous emperors of Nguyen Dynasty. Leave Hue city for Hoi An through Hai Van Tunnel and check in at hotel on arrival. Have dinner at restaurant and explore the charming beauty of Hoi An by night. You could buy candle-lit paper lanterns and float them down on the Hoai River then make a wish, which is considered to bring you good luck and happiness. You also have chance to see traditional games and walk around night market to buy some handmade souvenirs for your friend and family.
Day 3: Hoi An ancient town – Transfer to Da Nang. O/n in Da Nang
AM: Have breakfast at hotel. Visit Bay Mau coconut forest and have a row ofbasket boat to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and experience fishing field crab. Travel to Thanh Ha Pottery Village which is rich in pottery products and have a chance to make your own products under the instruction of local artisans. Go boating along Thu Bon River back to Hoi An Ancient Town and take a walking tour to explore this UNESCO Heritage Site includingold houses, assembly houses, museum and local market. Participate in lantern making workshop to be given instruction of how to make a traditional lantern and learn to make your own product. Have lunch at restaurant.
PM: En route to Da Nang, you will stop over at Marble Mountains to discover the beauty inside caves and tunnels of the mountains as well as to get the panoramic views from the summit. Check in at hotel and have dinner at restaurant. Free to explore Da Nang city by night.
Day 4: Visit Son Tra Peninsula – Da Nang departure
AM: Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Son Tra Peninsula and have a visit at Linh Ung Pagoda where has the biggest Lady Buddha Statue in Vietnam. From the mountain, you can see the whole Da Nang beach in your eyes with spectacular views. You will be dropped off at Da Nang International Airport for flight departuring around noon and keep your best memories of Central Vietnam!
